What you'll do

* Handle day-to-day repairs: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances * Work service tickets and keep the property in top shape * Be the person residents count on to get it fixed right

What you need

* 1+ year of maintenance experience (or equivalent training or education) * Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle * Live within 30 minutes of the property * HVAC/EPA/CFC certification is a plus

Schedule Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM. No nights or weekends, apart from paid rotating on-call. Why Morgan Properties?
