About the Role
Lutheran Social Services seeks a Multi-Site Maintenance Tech to support safe, well-functioning facilities across behavioral health, housing, and family service locations. This hands-on role performs preventive and routine maintenance, troubleshoots basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC issues, and responds to urgent repair requests. The Tech conducts regular inspections, coordinates vendors, and ensures code, safety, and cleanliness standards are met. Working in a mission-driven, faith-based environment, you’ll directly support client-centered programs by keeping spaces reliable, comfortable, and ready for service every day.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and routine maintenance
- Troubleshoot basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC issues
- Coordinate vendors and ensure safety and cleanliness standards
Qualifications
- Experience in facilities maintenance
- Ability to read and follow codes and safety standards
- Strong problem-solving skills
