About the Role
SAAB is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and secure mission-critical systems in our Defense & Aerospace IT organization. You will architect and implement high-reliability applications for air, land, naval, and cyber domains, using modern languages, cloud, and DevSecOps practices. Partnering with global, cross-functional teams, you’ll translate complex requirements into robust, scalable solutions and mentor other engineers. In Saab’s innovative, mission-driven culture, you’ll contribute to advanced defense technologies that enhance safety and long-term societal security while gaining exposure to complex, international projects and continuous learning.

Qualifications
- 8+ years software engineering
- Experience in defense/aerospace or secure systems
- Strong knowledge of DevSecOps and cloud
