About the Role
As a Seafood Lead at Giant Eagle, you will oversee daily operations of the Seafood department within our Retail Food & Beverage Operations. You’ll ensure fresh, high-quality products, proper rotation, and attractive merchandising that supports our customer-first culture. Leading and scheduling Team Members, you will coach on food safety, seafood handling, and service standards. You’ll manage inventory, ordering, and shrink control while engaging guests with knowledgeable recommendations. Working closely with Store Leadership, you’ll help drive sales, implement promotions, and maintain a clean, safe, and collaborative work environment that reflects Giant Eagle’s commitment to community and customer satisfaction.
