As a Bakery Team Leader at Giant Eagle, you will oversee daily bakery operations in a fast-paced retail environment. You’ll lead and coach team members, coordinate production schedules, and ensure fresh, high-quality baked goods are always available. You’ll maintain the highest standards of food safety, sanitation, and product labeling while managing inventory, ordering, and shrink control. In this role, you’ll create attractive merchandising displays, support special orders, and deliver friendly, responsive service that reflects Giant Eagle’s people-first, community-focused culture. You’ll collaborate closely with store leadership, help train and develop your team, and support continuous improvement in sales, efficiency, and customer satisfaction across the bakery department.
