About the Role

LifeBridge Health, Inc. seeks a PRN Pediatric Infectious Diseases Physician to provide specialized consultative care for infants, children, and adolescents in inpatient and outpatient settings. Responsibilities include diagnosis and management of complex infections, antimicrobial stewardship, and collaboration with pediatric hospitalists, intensivists, and primary care providers. The physician will participate in call coverage, quality and safety initiatives, and education of learners. Responsibilities

  • Provide specialized consultative care for pediatric patients with infectious diseases in inpatient and outpatient settings
  • Participate in antimicrobial stewardship and education of learners
  • Collaborate with pediatric hospitalists, intensivists, and primary care providers

Qualifications

  • MD or DO with board certification in pediatric infectious diseases
  • Infectious disease fellowship trained
  • Eligibility for medical licensure in Maryland
