About the Role
Encompass Health seeks a Physical Therapist Team Lead to guide clinical care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will carry a caseload while leading and mentoring PT staff, overseeing evaluations, treatment plans, and evidence-based interventions for patients recovering from stroke, spinal cord and brain injuries, complex orthopedic procedures, and other serious conditions. You’ll coordinate closely with an interdisciplinary team, support quality and safety initiatives, and foster a collaborative, patient-centered culture.
