About the Role
Cambridge Health Alliance seeks an RN for the Operating Room to provide perioperative nursing care in a public, academic community hospital. The RN will coordinate pre-, intra-, and post-operative care, circulate and/or scrub for surgical procedures, and ensure patient safety, advocacy, and infection control. Working in a mission-driven, teaching-focused environment, this role collaborates with surgeons, anesthesia, and multidisciplinary teams, supports residents and students, and cares for diverse, underserved populations while upholding CHA’s commitment to equity and continuous learning.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate pre-, intra-, and post-operative care
- Circulate and/or scrub for surgical procedures
- Ensure patient safety, infection control
Qualifications
- RN license
- Bachelors/associate degree in nursing or nursing diploma
- Experience in operating room perioperative nursing
