About the Role
Faith Technologies is seeking an Electrical Engineering Team Lead to oversee electrical design and installation for large commercial and industrial construction projects. In this role, you will lead a team of engineers and designers, develop project plans, review drawings and specifications, and ensure code compliance and safety standards are met. You will coordinate with construction, project management, and field teams to deliver innovative design-build and energy solutions. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, hands-on electrical engineering experience, and a commitment to safety, quality, and mentoring others in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- P.E. or equivalent license preferred
- 5+ years of electrical engineering experience in construction
