About the Role
Faith Technologies is seeking an Electrical Engineering Team Lead to oversee electrical design and coordination for complex construction projects. In this role, you will lead a team of engineers and designers, develop project plans and specifications, and ensure code compliance, safety, and quality standards. You’ll collaborate closely with project managers, field teams, and clients to deliver innovative design-build and industrial solutions. Responsibilities include mentoring junior staff, reviewing calculations and drawings, troubleshooting technical issues, and driving continuous improvement in processes, technology, and safety across multiple concurrent projects.
