About the Role
Kohl’s Department Stores is hiring Package Handlers to support fast, accurate movement of merchandise within our retail distribution network. In this role, you will unload trucks, sort and scan packages, build pallets, and stage freight for store or customer delivery. You’ll use handheld scanners and basic warehouse equipment while following safety and quality standards. Package Handlers work as part of a close-knit team in a fast-paced environment, meeting productivity goals while protecting product integrity.
