Market District seeks a Visual Merchandise Team Leader to drive sales through inspiring, food-focused in-store displays. You’ll plan, execute, and maintain visual standards across departments, ensuring products are attractive, on-brand, and easy to shop. Partner with department leaders to implement promotions, seasonal sets, and planograms while coaching team members on merchandising best practices. You’ll monitor sales results, adjust displays based on performance and guest feedback, and uphold cleanliness, safety, and food quality standards in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment.
