Urology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
About the Role
Community Care Physicians is seeking a Urology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our physician-owned, multispecialty group in Latham, NY. In this outpatient role, you will provide advanced urologic care, including patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up for acute and chronic conditions. Responsibilities include ordering and interpreting diagnostics, assisting with or performing in-office procedures, and delivering thorough patient education. You’ll collaborate closely with urologists and a strong support team in a patient-centered, community-focused environment that values work–life balance and long-term relationships.
