margin: 0px'>Job Purpose</H2> </div><div>Responsible for leading die/mold designs for North American mass production facilities with outputs in the form of 3D models and detailed drawings while working closely with customers and internal team members to ensure high quality parts and production stability.</div></div><div style='padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size:16px;word-wrap: break-word;'><H2 style='font-size: 1em; margin-top: 8pt; margin-bottom: 8pt;">Investigate improvements or countermeasure tooling related problems during die/mold builds and mass production</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; margin-top: 8pt; margin-bottom: 8pt;">Create and coordinate design schedules then track the progress of design release</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; margin-top: 8pt; margin-bottom: 8pt;">Lead and manage the design of multiple tooling projects including outside design</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; margin-top: 8pt; margin-bottom: 8pt;">Follow design and manufacturing of suppliers of dies/molds and equipment through installation at production facilities</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;
