About the Role
Value Chain (Going Going Gone!) is seeking a hands-on Team Lead to support daily store operations in a fast-paced, value-focused retail environment. You will lead associates on the sales floor, model exceptional customer service, and ensure inventory is processed, merchandised, and ticketed accurately to move product quickly. Responsibilities include assigning tasks, monitoring performance, supporting cash handling and POS accuracy, and helping with opening/closing procedures. You will uphold safety, loss prevention, and visual standards while coaching team members to work efficiently and collaboratively to meet sales and productivity goals.
