About the Role
Market District is seeking a Starbucks Team Leader for our Greater Columbus Area locations. In this role, you’ll lead a café team in delivering exceptional coffee, food, and customer service in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven retail environment. Responsibilities include supervising daily operations, training and scheduling baristas, maintaining quality and safety standards, and supporting sales and merchandising goals.
