About the Role

Encompass Health Corporation, a leader in integrated healthcare services, is seeking a dedicated Speech Pathologist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide expert therapy to patients with speech, language, swallowing, cognitive and voice disorders. As part of our network, which includes inpatient rehabilitation hospitals and home health agencies, you’ll have the opportunity to work both in facility-based settings and in the comfort of patients’ homes. This position offers a unique blend of clinical environments to enhance your skills and improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide speech-language pathology services to patients with speech, language, swallowing, cognitive and voice disorders
  • Assess and treat patients in inpatient and home health settings
  • Collaborate with care teams to develop treatment plans

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure
  • ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
