About the Role

Encompass Health Corporation is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our diverse team, providing high-quality rehabilitative care to patients in both facility-based and home-based settings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, social communication, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in patients ranging from children to the elderly. This role requires a compassionate professional who is committed to the highest standards of patient care and eager to contribute to our interdisciplinary healthcare team.

Responsibilities

  • Assess patients with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement treatment plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team

Qualifications

  • State license as Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Master's or Doctorate in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Experience with varied populations (children to elderly) preferred
