Requirements
Education
-High School Diploma: Required
-Masters of Social Work: Required
Experience
-2 years of Social Work: Preferred
-2 years of Counseling: Preferred
Certifications/Licensures
-Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) -OR-
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW): Required, must be current in the State of Texas
-Basic Life Support (BLS): Required within 90 days of start date
-SAFE Approach Level III: Required within 6 months of hire
Responsibilities
- Provide professional social work services to patients and families within interdisciplinary setting
- Collaborate with care team to assess needs and coordinate services
- Maintain licensure and certifications as required
