About the Role
HealthONE is seeking a Surgical Technologist III to support complex surgical procedures in a high-acuity Denver operating room. In this advanced role, you’ll prepare and maintain the sterile field, select and handle instruments, and anticipate surgeon needs across specialties. You’ll collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nurses to maintain safety, accuracy, and efficiency during procedures. Responsibilities include equipment checks, adherence to infection control standards, accurate counts, and mentoring junior techs. Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain sterile field during surgeries
- Assist surgeons with instruments and supplies
- Mentor junior surgical technologists
Qualifications
- Completion of surgical technology program/credential
- Certification as Surgical Technologist (CST) preferred
- Experience in operating room environment
