About the Role
Market District is seeking a Senior Night Crew Team Leader to guide our overnight team in delivering an exceptional shopping experience. In this role, you’ll supervise night crew associates, coordinate stocking, facing, and rotation of premium products, and ensure the store is clean, safe, and guest-ready each morning. You’ll uphold inventory accuracy, signage, and merchandising standards while modeling excellent customer service. Working in our culinary-focused culture, you’ll train and coach team members, support sales and shrink goals, and grow your leadership skills in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven retail environment.
