Senior Night Crew Team Leader

About the Role
As a Senior Night Crew Team Leader at Giant Eagle, you’ll lead an overnight team to keep our store clean, safe, and fully stocked for the next day. You will coordinate freight flow, set priorities, assign tasks, and ensure merchandising and store standards are met. Partner with leaders to manage inventory, reduce shrink, and maintain accurate signage and pricing. You’ll coach and support Team Members, model our people-first culture, and deliver friendly service to any late-night guests while helping create a positive, inclusive work environment.

Qualifications
- Experience supervising retail team
- Knowledge of inventory, pricing, and shrink reduction
