About the Role
Oneida Center
is hiring a
Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Weekends
Shift in
Utica, NY. We are now offering a base rate of $45-$50 /hr.
Duties: Complete resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing staff
Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to residents & families
Provide information to residents & staff by answering questions and requests
Maintain a safe & clean working environment by implementing rules & regulations
Ensure resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processing
Manage documentation of resident care services
Promote a cooperative relationship among health care teams
Requirements: Must hold valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
Minimum 3 years Long-Term Care experience required
Should be a strong and positive Team Director for all members of the staff
Familiar with EHR and Prescribing programs
Excellent communication skills
Basic computer skills
Up to $50,000 in federal nursing incentives:
Eligible RNs and LPNs at this facility may qualify for up to $40,000 in student loan repayment plus a $10,000 stipend through CMS’s Nurses for Nursing Homes program with a three-year service commitment. Subject to program eligibility, approval, and available funding.

- Supervise nursing staff to ensure resident care on weekends
- Monitor and document resident care activities with EHR
- Support residents and families; enforce safety and regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- RN license required
- Minimum 3 years long-term care experience
