Your Night Shift, Your Leadership

Lead the Crew:

Supervise and support the overnight nursing team while keeping patient care on track.

Be the Go-To RN:

Serve as the primary clinical resource when questions arise and quick thinking matters.

Keep Things Moving:

Coordinate nursing operations to promote efficient, high-quality care.

Jump In When Needed:

Assist with assessments, treatments, medication administration, and emergency response.

Set the Standard:

Promote compliance with nursing practices, policies, and correctional healthcare guidelines.

Build Up Your Team:

Coach, mentor, and encourage nurses to bring their best to every shift.

Work Together:

Collaborate with medical providers and facility staff to support continuity of care.

Dot the I‘s and Cross the T‘s:

Maintain accurate documentation and support quality assurance.
