About the Role
Novant Health is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver exceptional, patient-centered care in our integrated healthcare system. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for diverse patient populations, collaborating closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring patient status, educating patients and families, documenting accurately in the EHR, and supporting care transitions. The RN upholds safety and quality standards, participates in continuous improvement, and contributes to a culture of empathy, inclusion, and continuous learning.
