About the Role
UCHealth is seeking Registered Nurses for our Medical Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Fellowship. In this structured program, you will transition into progressive/step-down care through guided preceptorship, classroom education, and simulation. Fellows provide evidence-based care to acutely ill adult patients, including cardiac, pulmonary, and complex medical cases, while collaborating closely with physicians, therapists, and support staff. Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based care to acutely ill adult patients in PCU/step-down
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff
- Participate in preceptorship and classroom education while advancing clinical skills
Qualifications
- RN license
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent
- Clinical experience in acute/critical care preferred
