About the Role
Maplewood Brewster LLC is seeking a compassionate RN or LPN Wellness Nurse to support residents in our assisted living and memory care community in Brewster, MA. In this role, you will provide resident-centered nursing care, conduct assessments, monitor chronic conditions, administer medications, and update care plans. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to enhance quality of life, support safety and wellness, and foster an engaging, supportive environment while growing your skills in a collaborative senior care setting.
