About the Role
Join Duluth Trading Company as a Seasonal Retail Associate and help deliver a down‑to‑earth, customer‑first experience during our busiest seasons. You’ll greet customers, share product knowledge about our durable workwear and outdoor gear, and assist with fitting, styling, and solution‑focused selling. Responsibilities include operating the POS system, handling cash and returns, restocking and organizing sales floors, setting visual displays, and keeping the store clean and safe. You’ll work closely with a collaborative team that values hard work, humor, and authenticity while supporting a growing, innovative retail brand.
