About the Role
Sierra Medical Center in El Paso, TX seeks a Registered Nurse for our Med/Surg Unit on full-time night shifts. The RN delivers safe, evidence-based care to a diverse adult population, performing assessments, administering medications, monitoring telemetry, and coordinating interdisciplinary care plans. Responsibilities include thorough EHR documentation, patient and family education, and adherence to infection control and safety standards. You’ll collaborate with physicians and allied staff in a supportive, team-focused culture that values professional growth, clinical excellence, and patient-first care.
Responsibilities
- Provide bedside nursing care to adult patients in Med/Surg unit
- Monitor patient conditions and administer medications
- Coordinate interdisciplinary care plans and document in EHR
Qualifications
- RN licensure in TX or appropriate state
- bachelor's degree in nursing or ADN with RN license
- ACLS/NRP preferred
