About the Role
Gentiva is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse On Call Hospice to provide evening and weekend home-based end-of-life care. In this field-based role, you will respond to urgent patient needs, perform assessments, manage pain and symptoms, administer medications, and deliver skilled nursing interventions in patients’ homes. You’ll educate and support families, collaborate with the interdisciplinary hospice team, and ensure dignified, patient-centered care.
