About the Role
Incredible Health seeks an RN to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care while helping transform how hospitals and nurses connect. In this full-time role, you’ll perform comprehensive assessments, develop and implement care plans, administer medications and IV therapies, and document expertly in EHR systems. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care, support safe discharges, and educate patients and families. As part of a mission-driven, tech-forward organization, you’ll also provide feedback that informs data-driven staffing solutions, improving nurse experience, retention, and patient outcomes nationwide.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- RN license
- BLS/ACLS may be required
- Experience with EHR systems
