About the Role
Northern Nevada Medical Center seeks a Registered Nurse for our Float Pool, covering Med-Surg/Telemetry units on night shifts. In this per diem role, you will deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care to diverse adult populations, performing assessments, monitoring tele, administering medications, and coordinating discharges. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to maintain safety, quality, and excellent patient experience while adapting quickly to different units.
