Registered Nurse, Acute Care Rehabilitation
About the Role
UCHealth is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse for a night-shift role in acute care rehabilitation. Provide patient-centered nursing care, assess changing needs, administer medications, and coordinate individualized plans with an interdisciplinary team. Support patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery as they work toward greater independence. Educate patients and families, document care accurately, and promote safety, dignity, and positive outcomes. A current Colorado RN license and BLS certification are required; acute care experience is preferred. Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Current Colorado RN license
- BLS certification
- Acute care/rehabilitation experience preferred
