About the Role

Northwest Hospital in Randallstown, Maryland is a 254-bed community hospital within LifeBridge Health, serving Baltimore County and surrounding communities. The Department of Medicine is recruiting a Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine Physician to meet growing patient demand. This physician will have an opportunity to build ambulatory pulmonary services and oversee a growing pulmonary rehabilitation program in addition to supporting inpatient pulmonary needs with opportunities to perform advanced pulmonary procedures. This is a flexible, mixed-scope role with great potential to grow within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Extend your clinical scope through inpatient pulmonary consults and outpatient pulmonary care as part of a combined practice model
• Perform advanced pulmonary procedures, including bronchoscopy, with access to navigational and EBUS technology
• Maintain continuity of care across outpatient and inpatient settings, supporting coordinated patient management
• Contribute to daytime pulmonary call coverage

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Fellowship trained in Pulmonology & Sleep Medicine
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Pulmonology & Sleep Medicine
• Eligibility for an unrestricted Maryland medical license
• Current DEA certificate and CDS license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications
• Strong communication skills and ability to work within a multidisciplinary team

• $360,000 to $380,000 annual base salary , commensurate with experience (full-time equivalent; can be flexible on FTE)
