Exelon seeks a Principal Project Manager to lead complex grid modernization and clean energy initiatives. In this role, you will own project lifecycles from concept through delivery, managing scope, schedule, budget, and risk for large cross-functional programs. You will coordinate engineering, operations, IT, and external partners to ensure safe, reliable, and regulatory-compliant energy solutions. The Principal Project Manager will mentor teams, drive continuous improvement, and report performance to senior leadership while supporting Exelon’s culture of safety, integrity, inclusion, and innovation.
