About the Role
The Pre-Construction Manager, Data Center Construction leads early-phase planning for new AWS data center sites across multiple campuses. You coordinate with real estate, design, and due diligence teams to develop schedules, budgets, and constructability guidance. You review site conditions, phasing, and designs, manage preconstruction services from general contractors and vendors, support bidding and contracting, and prepare clear handoff documentation for construction teams. The role includes travel to prospective and active project sites.
