About the Role
Provide individualized nursing care to patients in the post-anesthesia care unit, assessing their condition, planning and coordinating care, evaluating interventions, and documenting outcomes. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams, communicate changes using SBAR, support patients and families through recovery, and maintain a safe care environment.
