About the Role
Develops and maintains plant quality programs to ensure components and finished products meet engineering specifications, regulatory requirements, and company standards. Works with manufacturing, engineering, and suppliers to investigate issues, lead root-cause analysis, improve processes, and prevent defects. Supports assembly operations on the manufacturing floor and uses dimensional inspection tools and quality methods.
