About the Role
Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our premiere healthcare team. You will work alongside experienced therapists to provide exceptional care, implement patient treatment plans, and contribute to the recovery and improved health of our patients. This role is pivotal in assisting patients achieve their maximum level of physical activity, managing pain, and providing rehabilitation post-surgery or injury.
Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing patient treatment plans
- Support rehabilitation post-surgery or injury
- Collaborate with therapists to aid patient recovery
Qualifications
- Physical Therapist Assistant license (PTA)
- Experience in inpatient rehabilitation preferred
- BLS/CPR certification
