This facility is seeking two Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physicians for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8AM-4PM, 1 week per month of call coverage for inpatient rehabilitation Practice Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient Scope: Adult rehabilitation medicine, including inpatient rehab, neuro rehabilitation, concussion management, and outpatient PM&R care Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 days State Licensure: Active Indiana license required Requirements: Board Certified, Active Indiana Drug Enforcement Administration License (DEA), Controlled Substance Registration (CSR)
