About the Role
Encompass Health is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this inpatient rehabilitation role, you will evaluate and treat patients with diverse musculoskeletal, neurological, and post-surgical conditions, developing evidence-based, individualized care plans that promote optimal function and independence. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and document outcomes in our EMR. Responsibilities
- Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized care plans for inpatient rehabilitation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to educate patients/families and document outcomes in EMR
Qualifications
- Doctorate of Physical Therapy or equivalent licensure
- Current state license as a Physical Therapist
- Experience in inpatient rehabilitation and diverse musculoskeletal/neurological conditions
