About the Role
Join Mercy as a full-time day-shift Registered Nurse in the Children's Float Pool. Provide compassionate, safe, evidence-based care to pediatric patients across assigned units, adapting to changing clinical needs and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. Assess patients, develop and implement care plans, administer medications, document accurately, and support families with clear education and communication. Current state RN licensure and BLS are required; pediatric experience and PALS are preferred. Specific unit assignments may vary based on patient and staffing needs.
