Clinicians will find options for outdoor recreation and cultural engagement throughout the region during their assignment.About the Clinician's WorkdayA board-certified Pediatric Critical Care Nurse Practitioner is required to provide inpatient coverage on a schedule of four 10-hour shifts per week, with shift times of 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM. Clinicians will manage an average of 7 patients per shift and are required to perform cardiac procedures, ECMO, Ventilation Therapy, CRRT, Lumbar Puncture, Chest Tube placement, and ET placement. All clinical documentation must be completed using the EPIC EMR system. Board certification and prescriptive authority are required for Job DetailsCase Load/PPD:
