Golden Care Therapy is seeking an ABA Therapist to provide 1:1, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism and developmental delays in home and/or center-based settings. In this role, you will implement individualized treatment plans, support behavior reduction and skill acquisition, and collect accurate data to track progress. You will collaborate closely with BCBAs, families, and the care team within a supportive, mission-driven culture that emphasizes clinical excellence, strong communication, continuous learning, and flexible scheduling, with opportunities for professional development and growth.
