Evaluate and treat patients, develop individualized plans of care, deliver evidence-based interventions and education, and collaborate with clinical teams to improve patients‘ mobility and function. Requires a North Carolina physical therapy license or eligibility for licensure, CPR and First Aid certification, and travel between clinic locations.
