About the Role
Advanced Physical Therapy, an outpatient clinic in Guilford, CT, seeks a Physical Therapist to provide one-on-one, evidence-based care for orthopedic, sports, and post-surgical patients. In this patient-centered, team-oriented environment, you’ll perform thorough evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, deliver hands-on interventions, and educate patients on home programs to restore function and reduce pain. You’ll manage a diverse caseload, collaborate closely with colleagues and referring providers, and participate in ongoing learning while supporting community-focused wellness initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Perform orthopedic/sports/post-surgical patient evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Educate patients on home programs
Qualifications
- a degree in physical therapy
- state licensure in CT
- strong knowledge of orthopedic/sports rehabilitation
