About the Role

Faith Technologies seeks an Operations Engineering Manager to lead engineering support for large, complex electrical construction projects. You will oversee a team delivering design-build solutions, optimizing project workflows, and ensuring safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Responsibilities include resource planning, coordinating with project managers and field teams, driving standardization and continuous improvement, and integrating new technologies. You will mentor engineers, support training and apprenticeships, and help shape innovative energy and industrial solutions in a fast-paced, safety-first culture.

Qualifications
