Del Sol Medical Center seeks a Certified Surgical Technologist to support surgical teams in our full-service acute care hospital. The CST will prepare operating rooms, ensure proper sterilization and instrumentation, maintain aseptic technique, and assist surgeons during procedures. You will verify supplies, handle specimens, and support patient safety throughout the perioperative process. Working in a busy, diverse border community, you’ll collaborate closely with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesia staff while contributing to compassionate, patient-centered care and accessing ongoing training and growth opportunities.
