Encompass Health is seeking a Day Shift Occupational Therapist to support patients recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, orthopedic conditions, and other serious illnesses. In this role, you will complete comprehensive OT evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions focused on functional independence and safe discharge. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and document progress using EMR.
