About the Role
Encompass Health seeks an Occupational Therapist to deliver patient-centered rehabilitation services in our inpatient rehab hospital. In this role, you will evaluate functional abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based interventions to help patients regain independence in daily activities. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, maintain accurate documentation, and contribute to a nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding work environment focused on high-quality patient care and professional growth.
